Job Description
They are responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely payment of all types of freight invoices, both domestically and internationally and enhancing the current invoice process.
Essential functions
Maintain Detention Process / research payments / issue chargeback process and research short payments on LTL, TL and Tank shipments
Audit and process International import and export invoices into MIPS
Audit and process Rail, Tote and Toller invoices into MIPS
Manage MIPS error report and resolve issues that are preventing invoices from being paid
Manage MIPS variance report
Enhance and streamline current invoice process flows
Experience Required:
Microsoft Excel
Business Objects
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing
Ability to work independently after training
Education Required:
Currently enrolled in a college degree program and actively working toward a bachelor's degree preferably in Transportation or Accounting
