Job Description

The Analytics & Insights Lead is responsible for delivering data-driven insights that enable the organization to operate more effectively. The primary purpose of this role is to lead and manage multiple teams, delivering value-driven insights and analytics through reporting and visualizations, analytics, machine learning, AI, and GenAI. This Lead establishes a foundation for effective data analysis across the organization, ensuring reliability, accuracy, and performance of technical solutions. As a key member of the Enterprise Data & Insights organization, the Analytics & Insights Lead must have excellent stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to communicate complex analytics insights to non-technical stakeholders. This Lead plays a crucial role in translating data in an actionable way for the organization to make informed decisions that ultimately drive business growth.
*Lead and motivate multiple Analytics & Insights teams, deliver on goals, and monitor the overall performance and progress of the teams Successfully deliver analytics, reporting and visualizations, machine learning, AI, and GenAI functions that deliver significant benefits to the enterprise
*Develop best practices and modeling standards for reporting and visualizations, analytics, machine learning, AI, and GenAI
*Ensure the reliability, accuracy, and robustness of technical solutions, including performance monitoring and capacity planning
*Collaborate with the Business Enablement team to enable data citizenry across the organization
*Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in data and analytics
*Lead organization-wide AI and Analytics governance standards and process
*Continuously prioritize and reassess technical solutions and frameworks to ensure they align with business objectives
*Lead the development of capabilities, tools, best practices, and processes that enable effective and efficient delivery
*Develop and continuously improve a framework for the delivery of solutions and services that accommodate the needs of variety of stakeholders across the enterprise

Education:
*Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field preferred, or in lieu of a related degree, at least 10 years of experience in the field of Information Technology or Business Analytics
*Related certifications (e.g., Certified Analytics Professional, Data Science Council of America Senior Specialist Data Scientist Certification, Artificial Intelligence Certification) preferred

Knowledge and Experience:
*8+ years of experience in analytics, data science, business intelligence, or related fields, with at least 5+ years of experience in leadership roles
*Experience delivering advanced analytics solutions leveraging machine learning, statistical, and mathematical modeling
*Proven experience leading teams specializing in data modeling, big data, data warehousing, or machine learning
*Excellent stakeholder-management skills with the ability to communicate analytics insights to non-technical stakeholders
*Experience in data engineering, data visualization, and building data products to solve business challenges

Technical Skills:
*Data Analytics, Data Visualization, and AI/Machine Learning Technologies (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Python, R)
*Programming Languages (e.g., SQL, Python)
*Cloud Technologies and Platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
*Reporting and Visualizations
*AI Analytic Solutions and Machine Learning
*Big Data Management and Architecture technologies

This position is not eligible for sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, including conversion to H1-B visa.

This position is eligible to work in the office three days a week and has the option to work remotely two days a week.
