Responsibilities

Prospective candidate will provide direct Project Management support to the DoD Anti-Tamper Executive Agent (ATEA) Field Program Office (FPO). The candidate will support the technology and product development mission of the office which includes:

* Manages cost, schedule and performance of multiple contractual efforts
* Leads/assists in the development, coordination of Request for Proposal (RFP) packages, Justification & Approval (J&A) packages, Acquisition Plans and other acquisition efforts for new technology/product development contracts
* Leads/assists in the development of Source Selection processes, procedures and schedule to include the coordination of IT, Security, Contracting, and Technical SMEs

Responsibilities:

- Apply knowledge of DoD acquisition processes and analytical methods or techniques to gather, analyze and evaluate information required by program or project managers and all customers.
- Perform integration, communication, coordination, organizational and planning expertise to technical and acquisition efforts across a broad spectrum of functional disciplines in order to effectively assist AFLCMC/XA-AT programs to deliver and sustain Air Force warfighting capabilities.
- Provide acquisition program analysis support to all aspects of the acquisition process, including technology development and integrating engineering, program control, foreign disclosure, test and deployment, configuration management, production and manufacturing, quality assurance, and logistics support.
- Drawraw conclusions and devise solutions to problems relating to improvement of acquisition effectiveness and compliance.
- Develop and draft acquisition documentation ensuring quality control.
- Apply knowledge and expertise in the of training, facilitation and related decision support services to offices engaging in group training sessions, collaboration efforts, working groups or integrated product, process or self-directed teams.
- Plan, schedule, coordinate, setup, and conduct facilitation activities with host organization personnel and attending organizations personnel; shall establish site location, setup of audio-visual equipment devices and computer equipment.
- Ensure agenda, attendees' list, minutes, and resulting action items are documented for the record.
- Consult on subject matter, lead and assist in strategic planning events, cope with controversial subject matter and differences of opinion from the attendees and be able to channel the discussion into constructive exchanges and plans that lead to satisfactory solutions.
- Apply experience in public speaking and hosting/briefing to large gatherings of personnel and experience in presentation to personnel with high levels of responsibility and importance.
- Teach learning modules within Anti-Tamper courses to industry and Government participants, and assist in curriculum development, as required.

Qualifications

- Master's degree (MA/MS/ME) (Experience may be considered lieu of education, waiverable with customer approval)
- 10 years of relevant DoD work experience (years of experience may be waiverable with customer approval)
- 3 years of experience in a SAP and/or SCI environment within the last 5 years

- Active TOP SECRET Security Clearance with eligibility for Special Access Program (SAP) and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access, and 9 months' experience in a SAP or SCI environment (SAP experience may be waiverable with customer approval)
