Our Fort Recovery Feed & Animal Division in Mercer County, Ohio, produces and delivers feed while providing support to our contract farmers raising animals for production. Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 3rd shift Fleet Mechanic team member to join our team in Fort Recovery.
$$ 1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS $$
(Sign-On Bonus to be paid as $250 at thirty days, $250 at sixty days and $500 at six months. Rehires qualify a year after termination.)
SHIFT HOURS: Sunday through Thursday 8:00pm-6:30am.
STARTING HOURLY RATE: $22.25-$28.25 with a potential increase after 90 days.

All training will be provided. Job functions include:
- Maintaining all machinery, trucks and equipment associated with the Vehicle Maintenance department.
- Utilizing I-Maintenance to ensure the preventative maintenance program is followed and kept up to date.
- Keeping vehicles services and records up to date and completing required paperwork in a timely manner.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must have 2 year’s driving experience, along with a clean driving record
- Class A CDL preferred but not required. (CDL certification cost may be partially paid by Cooper Farms after hire).
- Diesel Mechanic knowledge of 2 years
- Must provide own tools
