Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a 2nd shift Equipment Operator to join our team in Dayton, Ohio.

Your Responsibilities:

Properly set up the equipment to the specifications required, and operate the machine producing the best quality product possible in a productive manner
Read and interpret work orders, blueprints and diagrams to select, position and secure machinery
Maintain the equipment in good working condition through a regular maintenance schedule
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Accurately maintain a daily production sheet and properly log all production information and material into the Hagen system
Perform any other duties as required by the supervisor

Your Shift:

2nd shift 2:30pm 1:00am Mon - Thursday

You Must Have:

Ability to set adjust machinery to required tolerances
High degree of mechanical ability
Ability to read and write English
Basic mathematical skills & ability to read measurements with a ruler

We Would Also Prefer:

High School Diploma/GED
1+ year experience in production or as an equipment operator
Good color discernment
