Position Summary:

Full-time project CADD/BIM (Computer-Aided Drafting and Design/Building Information Modeling) technician working out of THP Limited Cincinnati Office. Projects include new construction and retrofit in all types of building structures including industrial, high rise, sports facilities, parking, healthcare, and education.

Key accountabilities in order of priority and with ideal time allocations are:

Produces coordinated design documents that are delivered in time and meet THP's standards. 80%
Provides construction administration support to facilitate effective execution of the project design while achieving the project schedule. 5%
Participates in the continued professional development of technical staff to enhance THP's technical capabilities. 5%

Note: Ten percent of time is reserved for ancillary responsibilities, interruptions and unplanned activities.

Responsibilities:

* 3-D Modeling of complex structural systems.

* Document production for a variety of construction types.

* Quantity take off and data entry for construction projects.

* Field survey and documentation of existing conditions and construction activities.

Basic Qualifications:

* Associate's degree in civil, architectural engineering, drafting or related field(s).

* Experience in the documentation of various building types and structural systems.

* Working knowledge of AutoCAD and REVIT required.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment

* Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks on tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

* Construction experience is a plus.
