B2B Collections Specialist

About the Job

B2B Collections Specialist opportunity with a long-standing manufacturer in Troy, OH! This long term contract role will pay $18-20/hour (opportunity to be hired in based on full time positions opening up--great foot in the door!). This position is fully IN-OFFICE and will work an 8-5 schedule.

As a Collections Specialist you will be responsible for the following:

50-60 collection calls daily in a fast-paced collections department.

Resolve collection issues, process customer refunds, process and review account adjustments, resolve customer discrepancies and short payments. Monitor and maintain assigned accounts.

Reduce delinquency for assigned accounts.

Requirements:

3-5 years of B2B Collections experience.

Knowledge of Billing and Collections procedures.

Accounts Receivable knowledge/experience a plus.

Experience with Excel.
