Your Opportunity: The Taylor Marketing Center of Excellence's Business Review Team is actively seeking a dynamic and outgoing individual with exceptional interpersonal skills and a positive mindset to join our team. As a Market Research Analyst, you will be responsible for creating client business review presentations in collaboration with our sales department. This involves delivering both web-based and occasionally printed business review projects within specified timelines. In this role, you will engage directly with Taylor's sales team, product managers, and solution managers to craft action plans and strategies aimed at enhancing client growth and retention, as presented in the business review. Additionally, you will liaise with sales representatives, sales management, leadership, and other key stakeholders across the organization.

This position presents a unique opportunity to gain valuable insights into our various business units and the workings of the Marketing Center of Excellence. As a member of the Market Intelligence team, you will report to the Business Review Manager and work collaboratively with the Business Review team to achieve our objectives.

Your Responsibilities:

Utilize established processes and tools to collect, input, and analyze past and present client account information, presenting it in a web-based template for client presentations.
Schedule, track, and monitor action items based on project assignments.
Foster sales relationships and secure testimonials to gather customer success stories, feedback, and data to enhance business review team initiatives.
Measure and evaluate the impact of business reviews on the sales organization.
Proactively provide recommendations and contribute to the expansion of the Business Review team.
Build strong relationships with all Taylor Business Units to fulfill business review presentation requests and provide sales support.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

You Must Have:

Sales ops, entry-level marketing, project management, creating relationships. Minimum 2 years of corporate experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the field or a related area; B2B experience preferred. Knowledge of graphics communication company and print production is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, with a background in marketing or sales being advantageous.
Proficiency in data visualization and analytics, including Excel. Knowledge of PowerBi and data dashboards is a plus.
Experience in portraying data or information for communication purposes, both in written and oral formats.
Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work within a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with using CRM tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, facilitating effective communication with a wide range of individuals within the organization.
Strong interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and influencing skills, enabling effective work across all levels within the organization, particularly when implementing strategies and action plans.
Desire to thrive in a collaborative environment and excel at working with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
