Project Manager Job duties:
* Provide project management and construction management expertise as Owner's agent for
executing construction projects.
* Assist in the development of project documents and maintain project schedules and cost
projections for construction activities.
* Apply an engineering and construction expertise to guide design staff in developing equipment
layouts and support structures
* Manage project scope and secure approvals for all changes in projects.
* Manage and maintain project schedules.
* Provide construction management and plant startup assistance.
Qualifications:
*BS degree in Engineering with 3+ years experience with small industrial projects.
*Helpful to have industry expertise in Bulk Material Handling, Case Handling, Bagging, Weighing
Technology, Continuous Production, Warehousing / Order Fulfillment Systems, Food Handling
and Bulk Packaging, Building Materials Production Design engineering experience.
*Well versed in scheduling software (P6 or MS Project), cost reporting (MS Excel).
*Food and beverage experience is a plus
