4910 Tiedeman Road Brooklyn, OH; Hybrid - 1-2 days in office.

DESCRIPTION

The client communications team is responsible for developing service communications that are deployed to clients across all LOBs. The client communications team is part of the Corporate Communications team. This role is primarily responsible for working with agency, vendor and internal partners to help deploy client communications via mail, email, and other channels. In addition, the role will also help support project management needs as required in the Workfront tool.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Manage client communication deployments. Work with partners and vendors to ensure communications go out on time and are accurate.
Mange timelines, calendars, data files, and budgets for all deployments to help improve business outcomes.
Oversee the secure delivery of data to partners and vendors.
Be able to oversee quality control measures to help ensure accuracy.
Partners with other project team members to ensure work is completed on time and within expectations.
Help with project management for client communications team in Workfront tool.
Follows established processes and thinks of new ways to do our work effectively.
Contributes to a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
Brings an innovation mindset to enhance overall team performance.
Effectively collaborates with internal and external partners, including marketing, creative services, external agencies, product management, lines of business, risk, legal and compliance.
Ability to interact with variety of stakeholders and communicate effectively.
Be able to manage multiple projects at a time.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree; 1-3 years minimum professional experience in project management, communications, marketing, or related fields.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES/SKILLS

Workfront experience preferred.
Proven relationship-building skills working with internal team members, external agencies, and cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated organizational and project management skills.
Demonstrated strong client focus; is efficient and delivers in a timely manner.
Demonstrated ability to solve problems; escalates as necessary.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $55,000 to $78,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
