Position Summary
This twelve-week full-time summer internship program kicks off with an orientation and training session, led by our HR professionals. Our team members and mentors will help you navigate while continuing to learn about our businesses and HR functions. You will be challenged to perform at the highest levels of excellence and are rewarded for your achievements in a demanding environment. Access to senior management and a strong network of peers will promote ongoing professional development throughout the summer. Top performing interns may receive a full-time offer to join one of our HR functions.
Job Responsibilities
- Assisting recruiters with pre-screening, interviews, candidate engagement, and the offer process
- Bring forward new business prospective and creative thinking on HR processes
- Drive candidate excitement
- Building of sustainable relationships with external and internal candidates as well as other business partners
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Responsible for the Company's Security and Safety Management System (SMS) and associated Safety Risk Management and Safety Assurance outputs
