Forklift Warehouse Operator

This is a first shift position performing the following:

• Driving Forklift delivering product within the plant and loading/unloading truck shipments.

In addition to operating the forklift, they will assist in the plant as needed performing the following:

• Assists with inspection of wheels and/or panels.

Ensures production of parts or products meets work instructions.

Ensures proper communication regarding production delays and/or issues.

Loads and unloads wash line, stacks wheels on pallets/racks for movement to next station and/or shipment, wipes and stacks panels.

• Loads and unloads materials, parts or products onto or from pallets, skids, conveyors or tables.
• Removes burrs or excess metal, and/or creates a uniform finish on machined part with media material operating a manual booth or using a hand tool.
• Delivers metal parts or stock to designated work areas for machining/processing.
• Removes metal chips and shavings from surfaces of machines and wipes surfaces of machines.
