Roles and Responsibilities
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, evaluate, and recommend technologies related to End User Computing and provide technical guidance and support.
* Oversee the management and support activities of the End User Computing team that provides technical support for desktop support, Infrastructure / Platform Support, NOC monitoring, Application Packaging, ITIL support teams.
* Maintain standards for end user computing, provide leadership in driving continuous service and process improvements and has primary ownership of end user experience in the office locations they support and working closely with stakeholders.
* Evaluate team performance on a regular basis ensuring KPIs are tracked, and SLAs are met.
* Support technology deployments including network, desktop systems and applications working with various stakeholders.
* Help enhance end user documentation and internal Knowledge Base articles. Identify and pursue opportunities for automation of common issues and requests.
* Leads efforts in building a modern enterprise end-user computing environment.
* Align EUC strategy with organizational goals.
* Manages, directs, and supports direct reports with a focus on team leadership, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
* Contributes to and develops IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
* Supports and uses Project Management methodologies to accomplish operational and strategic initiatives.
