About the Job

CORE RESPONSIBILITY

This position supports our Internal processes for National Accounts customers using Third-party management systems. The position also supports our local stores and sales representatives.

Monitoring daily inbound and outbound orders
Manager-specific customer electronic operations
Problem resolution
Work directly with our external partners to maintain electronic transactions and daily processes
Managing current live customers
Ensure processes of invoicing are done timely and accurate
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

FORMAL EDUCATION

Required:

High School Diploma

Preferred:

Associate, Bachelor Degree or currently enrolled in college to obtain a degree. Preferably in Marketing, or e-business-related fields.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

Required:

2+ years of marketing or store experience
Experience working with external customers
Strong customer service and organizational skills

Preferred:

The ability to learn new systems. Applicant must be detail-oriented, well-organized, and possess strong communication skills.

TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Required:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc)

Preferred:

The position will have to decide when to ask for help from other levels of management
