Real Estate Office Administrative Assistant
Job Type – Full Time, In-person. Position can be part-time instead for the right candidate, if they prefer.
Salary Compensation – $32,000 – $42,000

- Provide administrative support to the Real Estate Manager and Agents with Inhouse Onboarding and Dotloop Contract Compliant processing.
- Enter deal information into Company’s accounting software and database according to organizational guidelines and procedures.
- Assist Accounting department with the calculation, collections, and distribution of commission payments & deposits.
- Maintaining of any Inhouse Monthly scheduling and event planning.
- Assist in recruiting new and seasoned agents.
- Collaborate with colleagues on the development and implementation of new processes and social media marketing using Canva and Hero Post.
- Maintain the office and front desk, order and maintain supplies and execute various clerical duties, ensuring that all polices, and procedures were fully followed.
- Public facing position.
- Any other duties as required.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative a plus but not required.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, scanners.
- Strong attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Basic Computer/Web skills, has knowledge of 2 years of Microsoft Office and customer service relationship (Preferred)
