Job Description: JJK and Associates LLC in Canal Fulton, OH, has multiple full-time Sales Associate positions.
We are hiring Sales Associates to prospect new and existing clients to sell home, auto, renters, boat, motorcycle and other lines of insurance. Applicants must hold a valid Ohio Property and Casualty insurance license and have experience. All training will be provided by the agency to ensure you are given all the tools for success and help you reach your sales and personal financial goals. Continuous coaching is provided in the agency to foster growth. A typical daily goal for sales associates is to make 100 phone calls OR complete 10 quotes OR sell 3 policies. Activity leads to sales, and we have found this formula works for achieving sales goals. You will have access to a fully customized lead management system that you will use daily to manage your prospects. All quotes and lead management are done on the computer, so you must be comfortable working on a computer and talking on the phone. Employer covers costs of continuing education and license renewal for Ohio Property and Casualty license.
Details: Full time. First Shift (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). 40 hours/week. Monday through Friday. $36,000/year base plus commission. Commission tiers are based on sales. Commissions for Issued Production: Between $1 and $10,000 2.5% Between $10,001 and $14,999 4% Between $15,000 and $19,999 5% Between $20,000 and $24,999 7% Between $25,000 and $29,999 8.5% Between $30,000 and $39,999 11% Between $40,000 and $49,999 12.5% $50,000 and Higher 15%.
Qualifications: Ohio Property and Casualty insurance license.
