Job Description
The Shopper Insights Intern will assist Shopper + Product Insights team members with primary and secondary research in support of corporate decision making, strategy development and information sharing. The Shopper Insights Intern is an energetic and organized individual with a general curiosity and a passion for turning information into insights working under the supervision of an Analyst, Associate Manager, Manager or Director.
The successful Shopper Insights Intern candidate will have an interest in market research, consumer behavior or shopper insights and will have taken basic coursework in these subjects. They will also have basic statistics knowledge and have used or be willing to learn statistical analysis utilizing SPSS software.
Essential Duties
* Assists in the development, execution, and delivery of all types of insights projects, including qualitative, quantitative, primary, and secondary.
* Supports in survey instrument development and programming, analyzing data and writing reports
* Monitors day-to-day project activities among internal and external resources and partners
* Other duties as assigned
* Individual contributor with no direct reports
* Limited travel may be optional (such as to observe research).
