Overview
We are hiring for a Contract HR/Benefits Assistant for a role slated to last through January 2025, for our Toledo (OH) location.

Responsibilities
The following duties are typical of the position, but are not all encompassing. Responsibilities include those required to deliver quality service on schedule and within budget in a team environment.
Provides general clerical and administrative support for the HR Department and assists HR staff with the implementation of HR services, policies, and programs. This administrative support may include, but is not limited to: data entry, data auditing, document preparation, report creation, meeting logistics, conducting research, and answering employee questions.
Handles proprietary information in a confidential manner at all times.

Vanguard Uncashed Check Report Follow-up
Review WFN validation report
Confirm benefits terminated in Anthem, Delta Dental, UNUM LTC
Qualifications
Associate Degree or current enrollment in Baccalaureate Human Resources or Business Administration Program preferred, along with two or more years of related administrative support experience.
Must have good organizational skills, be able to prioritize work assignments and work proficiently in a deadline-oriented environment.
Experience in performing Benefits support
Proficiency in prevailing office software required.
Prior HRMS database experience preferred.
$21 - $24/hr pay rate
