What you will be doing:

* Develop and implement marketing automation strategies that align with business objectives
* Research and evaluate marketing automation solutions to select the best fit for campaigns

* Serve as marketing automation administrator across our multiple instances.

* Develop and maintain data, field and system governance policies for our marketing automation system with collaboration with our data, Salesforce.com and our non-Marketing teams who use our marketing automation system.

* Create and maintain marketing automation workflows and asset templates
* Develop and execute lead nurturing programs to nurture leads through the sales funnel
* Analyse marketing automation data to track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
* Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to integrate marketing automation into the overall marketing and sales process
* Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing automation trends and technologies

* Set up and manage webinars

What you bring:

* 3+ years of experience in Marketo
* Proven track record of designing, implementing, and managing marketing automation campaigns within Marketo
* Strong understanding of Marketo marketing automation platform and functionalities
* Expertise in lead nurturing and customer relationship management (CRM) systems (Salesforce)

* Basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript knowledge
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience managing multiple Marketo instances, tied to separate CRM instances

* Marketo Certified Expert Certification
* Strong understanding/experience with Salesforce and Marketo sync
* Experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics and Tableau
* Ability to present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences
