OhioMeansJobs|Cleveland-Cuyahoga County is sourcing for a Janitorial / Light Maintenance Part-Time
This is a part time position: $11.00 per hour
Vacation: Paid (1 week after 1 year)
Sick Time: Hours accumulated per pay
Annual Bonus: $100 for conscientious, reliable, dependable employee.
Office needs to be cleaned: M- F 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
*Opportunity for additional hours on the weekend if special events are held.
Cleaning supplies and equipment will be provided by our agency and will be stored on site.
Duties - Perform general cleaning and light maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness of the Agency.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors –
• Dust and wipe down surfaces –
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners –
• Clean and sanitize restrooms –
• Restock supplies in restrooms and other areas as needed –
• Operate industrial cleaning equipment such as buffers and carpet cleaners.
• Setup and tear down tables and chairs for special events.
Areas: Gym, Bathrooms, Office Area, Kitchen, Lobby
Ability to work independently and efficiently. Good time management skills.
Strong attention to detail.
May be asked to perform other duties as assigned by Executive Director.

Shift
9 am to 3 pm
Monday to Friday with some weekends if there is an event.
32 hours a week
Sick and vacation time offered
Driver Licensed required
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test. Employer will reimburse job seeker for the cost.
