Job Purpose
Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Cybersecurity Operations Intern will need to be driven to explore and learn within the I.T. security discipline, seeing how security is an enabler for the business. Students need to have a desire to broaden IT knowledge of security concepts and practices. The student will be assigned a specific project and should be enrolled in a bachelor's degree program focusing on cyber security within the information technology / information systems major.
Requirements:
Minimum GPA of 3.0;
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in IT, focusing on cybersecurity
Proficient with Microsoft Office software with the ability to learn and build computer proficiency using Microsoft Excel and Word;
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high degree of accuracy;
Ability to work in a team environment;
Proven problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines;
Strong interpersonal skills to work with people at all levels within and outside the organization in a professional manner;
Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills;
Uncompromising judgment towards confidentiality and business ethics;
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
