As a Supply Chain Administrator at Microwave Products Group - Pole/Zero Corporation in West Chester, OH, you will support the military community by collaborating closely with the buyers and suppliers to ensure that materials are readily available to meet production needs. This involves ensuring all processes and procedures are consistently adhered to.

Schedule: Normal work hours are 7am - 4pm

Primary Responsibilities of this position include:

Collaborate with the suppliers to satisfy MRP action messages related to purchase orders (expedites, push-outs)
Review purchase order confirmations from suppliers for accuracy (part numbers, dates, pricing) and update MRP as required
Send monthly supplier scorecards
Assist in managing TPG (Third Party Guidance) portal and VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory)
Maintain a proper 5S environment and reporting daily metrics to supervisor and/or management.
Establish and maintain positive work relationships

Knowledge Skills and Abilities Include:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong Attention to detail, capable of identifying minor differences in part numbers or pricing.
Must be detail oriented and capable of identifying minor differences in part numbers or pricing.
Above average typing skills.
Must have basic Microsoft Office Suite skills.
Proficiency with MRP (Material Requirements Planning)
Excellent planning and organizational skills
General knowledge of lean manufacturing and 5S principles.
Must be able to do basic arithmetic calculations (addition, subtraction, fractions, multiplication, and division).

Requirements Include:

High school diploma or GED required.
Must be a US person (US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder)
Purchasing and/or inventory experience within an MRP system.
Ability to type at least 40 wpm with minimal errors.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in the Microsoft Office products required.
