The Enterprise Risk Analyst, working under moderate supervision, identifies, prepares, analyzes, and reports on complex data that supports the activities associated with the design, development, application, and reporting of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) department. This role interacts with various cross-departmental personnel to conduct risk assessment interviews, collect risk data/information, report on organizational risks. The individual in this role will generally focus on either ERM and/or the Enterprise Insurance program and operational risk.

The Enterprise Risk Analyst will focus on these types of responsibilities regardless of whether they are aligned with the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) scope of work or the Insurance and Operational Risk scope of work:


Analyzes risk related data across the organization
Develops and maintains risk related reports, files, spreadsheets, and workflows
Collaborates and builds relationships across the organization
Conducts risk interviews
Provides support as needed to Enterprise Risk Leads

If aligned with ERM focused Responsibilities then these will apply:


Manages risk software system administration
Researches and reports on emerging risk trends
Assisting in the completion of regulatory and annual risk reports

If aligned with Insurance and Operational Risk focused responsibilities then these will apply:


Gathers and compiles data from across the organization to support the renewal, or procurement, of the corporate insurance policies.
Manages the corporate fleet and business travel operational risk.
Manages existing policies


2+ years of experience in an enterprise risk, risk management, internal audit, analytics, or other relevant role, with experience in the insurance or financial services industry desired -OR- completion of a Bachelor's degree in risk, insurance, or strongly related field.
Experience with data analysis, including collecting and analyzing data, establishing facts, identifying trends, and recommending solutions.
