Job Summary:
The Organization Effectiveness Consultant is responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing strategies to improve the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the organization. This role involves conducting organizational assessments, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions to enhance performance.
Essential Functions and Primary Duties:
Organizational Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of the organization's structure, processes, and culture to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
Data Analysis: Analyze data related to organizational performance, employee engagement, and other relevant metrics to gain insights and inform decision-making.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness and achieve business objectives.
Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth implementation of organizational improvements and facilitate employee adoption.
Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to build organizational capabilities and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Employee Engagement: Work closely with HR to design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems and processes to drive accountability and performance improvement.
Communication: Effectively communicate organizational changes, initiatives, and objectives to employees at all levels of the organization.
Project Management: Manage projects related to organizational effectiveness, ensuring timely completion and alignment with strategic goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational psychology, human resources, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in organization development, change management, or related fields.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of best practices in organizational effectiveness, performance management, and employee engagement.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Work Environment:
The Organization Effectiveness Consultant typically works in an office environment, collaborating with colleagues from various departments. This role may require occasional travel to other locations for meetings or training sessions.
Travel is approximately 15-25%
Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED required
3 years of experience in related field
Achieve professional certifications relative to area of expertise, must have and preserve required licenses
Must be able to work in a team environment
Presentation skills mandatory
Proficient use of applicable technology
Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing within all levels of an organization, both internally and externally
Must be able to travel based on client and business needs
