JOB DETAILS
Base Pay: $20.00 per hour
Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Train others using the "tell, show, do, review" methodology
Complete daily paperwork, calculate and post metrics online-specific boards
Read and explain policies and procedures related to each position on the line
Demonstrate a track record of safe work performance
Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed
Monitor and address quality related issues
Conduct daily audits
Ensure standard work is updated and followed per workstation
Work with maintenance to address equipment issues
Be engaged in the PDCA process
Foster and embrace STOP, CALL, WAIT methodology
Communicate respectfully and build a motivated, energized team environment
Embrace a diverse culture
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Must have experience with Microsoft Office
Must have experience with blueprint reading and interpretation
Must be able to read a tape measure
Preference for exemplary attendance
Experience withdata entry and electronic auditing preferred
