Job Description
We are currently seeking a Marketing Analyst for our Risk and Identity Solutions team. As a Marketing Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in planning and executing marketing campaigns, crafting compelling marketing messages, and creating effective collateral.

Your role will involve a multifaceted approach to marketing, encompassing various channels including SEO, paid media, campaign planning, and email marketing. This role requires a dynamic individual who can understand our market and customer needs, and translate that understanding into impactful marketing strategies.

Essential Functions

Plan and execute marketing campaigns by setting objectives, identifying target audiences, and coordinating with other teams to launch campaigns.
Create compelling marketing messages and collateral to support strategic campaigns, product launches, and industry events, ensuring alignment with Visa's business and strategic goals.
Implement SEO and paid media strategies to increase visibility and attract new business.
Leverage data analytics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making necessary adjustments to optimize performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Prepare detailed campaign plans and reports to share across teams focusing on KPIs and strategic marketing objectives.
Stay ahead of the latest marketing trends and technologies, applying this knowledge to our marketing strategies.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
*2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

Preferred Qualifications
*3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
*Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B marketing or digital marketing, preferably in financial services, banking, or FinTech.
*Proven experience in campaign development, management, and analysis.
*Strong understanding of SEO and paid media strategies.
*Experience in email marketing and campaign planning.
*Strong market research and analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling marketing messages.
*Strong project management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
*Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other departments.
*Experience in presenting key findings and marketing strategies to leadership and stakeholders. This includes the ability to effectively communicate complex data and information in a clear and concise manner.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and experience using marketing platforms and software (LinkedIn, Eloqua, Wrike, etc.)
*Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and navigate through ambiguity.
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 91,000.00 to 116,000.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
