Responsibilities




* Supports in-house creative process with strong editorial, creative, and writing skills.
* Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts for traditional, social, and digital ad campaigns.
* Crafts unique, compelling, and on-brand copy for collaborative campaigns, ensuring messaging aligns with and lifts the organizational brand voice.
* Maintains a leading presence within the in-house agency, inspiring the team to contribute creative ideas for a variety of strategic initiatives targeting specific audiences.
* Writes engaging and effective copy for various platforms, including web content, advertisements, internal communications, and social media.
* Ensures consistency in messaging across different channels and campaigns to maintain a cohesive brand experience.
* Maintains a data-driven mindset by developing knowledge of campaign KPIs and monitors results to inform decisions around future projects.


Qualifications




Education Requirement: A bachelor's degree in creative writing, communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field.

Skills:
* Proven experience as a creative writer, with a robust portfolio showcasing successful ad campaign/creative copy and other examples as applicable.
* Strong conceptual thinking and demonstrated ability to put creative pitches together, and translating ideas into impactful and memorable copy.
* Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment, excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Familiarity with digital marketing trends, paid social media, and advertising best practices.
* Attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Working knowledge of Mac products and MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, etc.
* Strong ability to plan, organize, and analyze as it relates to project planning and management.
* Ability to navigate issues resolution and conflict management
* Ability to work independently under minimal supervision while maintaining confidential information.

Experience:
* Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience, required.
* Experience in an advertising or in-house creative agency strongly preferred.
