Able to lift up to 40lbs continuously
Able to work OT (pre and post shift) when needed (Short notice at times)
Forklift/Tugger capabilities required and must exhibit proficiency.
High Level of Teamwork.
We Offer:
Transfer eligibility to 1st shift after six months
Pay $15.25 hour
64 Hours of vacation after 90 days
Overtime pay is paid at time and a half over 8 hours each day and Saturday; Sunday is double time.
Perfect Attendance Bonus each month (specific qualifications apply)
8 paid holidays (including Friday after Thanksgiving) and paid shutdowns (specific qualifications apply.)
Company paid uniforms (total of 9 shirts and 7 pants)
Company paid medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
Safety shoe allowance. (Up to $90 per year – rolls over to $180 maximum if not used in first year.)
Free safety glasses, and optional prescription safety glasses through insurance provider.
Free career development training which includes company and leadership classes (some through Columbus State College.)
