In this role, you will be a liaison with the Strategic Business Areas, the Category Leadership Team plus the Integrated Analytics Team, as well as partner with Sales on the development of fundamental capabilities. You will be managing a team of analysts supporting the broader Customer and Category Business organization. Internally, this role will be titled Lead, Integrated Analytics.

Location: Working Remote USA or Orrville, OH

In this role you will:

Provide advanced analytics capability development for Sales and Category Leadership Teams focused on areas including assortment optimization, product placement, store clustering, and store testing

Partner with Sales and Category Leadership to use advanced analytic techniques to deliver insights and recommendations to our retail partners to deliver category growth

Target identification & Implementation of annual distribution and shelving initiatives

Manage product opportunity and risk assessment capabilities across the organization

Ensure retail environment prioritization by category of JMS items

Lead annual rationalization/portfolio management with cross functional support team

Be a conduit between Strategic Business Areas, Category Leadership, Sales, IS and Integrated Analytics Team

What we are looking for:

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, or other Business focus

Practical data science analytical experience in Marketing, Finance, Sales, or R&D

Collaborative partner with a keen focus on developing advanced analytical processes and procedures to improve team effectiveness

Demonstrated capabilities in gathering, analyzing and presenting detailed information related to all aspects of business to audiences of diverse experiences.

Strong solution-oriented thinker with project management, critical thinking and a bias for action

Demonstrated ability to influence cross functional peers, partners and customers acting with a consultative, art of the question, seek to understand mindset.

Proven experience in championing insights based on data that can support issue resolution and proactive opportunities to drive improvement.

Demonstrated track record of dealing well with ambiguity, diligently prioritizing, and delivering results in a dynamic environment

A relentless commitment to continuous learning and professional development

Familiarity with creating or refining dashboards & data visualizations using tools like Tableau, Spotfire, Power BI, Excel, R, and/or Python

Experience creating or conceptualizing repeatable statistical analysis using tools like SAS, R, Python, Alteryx

Applying experience from strategy consulting, analytics, and data engineering to successfully direct the development of statistical and mathematical analyses to support business decision making

Understanding of store and customer segmentation, clustering analysis, store and A/B testing

Comfortable manipulating and analyzing complex data from varying sources
