JOB DUTIES

  • Reperesent Hancock County Child Support Enforcement Agence
  • Supervise Child Support Staff
  • Prepare and Independently Try Child/Spousal Support Cases
  • Handle Appeals
  • Hold Administrative Hearings
  • Negotiate Out of Court Settlements when Necessary
  • Provide Legal Advice to the Agency
  • Review Agency Programs and Policies
  • Conduct Research and Prepare Legal Documents
  • Maintain Agency Civil Rights, LEP, aADA Policies
  • Stay Current on Changing Rules and Laws
  • Establish Positive Rapport with the Court

WAGE

  • Starting at $25.27/hour
