Position Summary/Essential Duties:

* Provides support and works on projects for Gift Planning Team and IR&D Department including:

o Investigates and provides accurate and thorough research on particular topics

o Provides analysis of basic and complex issues involving donor relations and gifting

o Supports team with documentation of gifts and commitments

* Initiates and maintains positive relationships with supporters and colleagues

* Takes responsibility for self-development and supports a learning environment

* Displays commitment to the mission of the hospital and its values
