General Purpose and Scope of Position:

The Marketing Coordinator will assist the marketing team in achieving the company's marketing objectives across our seven business units. This includes, but is not limited to monitoring, developing, and curating engaging content while maintaining a unified brand voice on each of our business unit's social media channels. This person will assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content. Attending events and producing live social media content as necessary. This role will work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure campaigns are following our social media calendar and following all brand guidelines.

Key Skills and Abilities Include:


Bachelor's Degree or related experience
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premier Pro, etc.)
Graphic design (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Experience or knowledge in agriculture preferred
Video editing (After Effects, Premier Pro, CapCut, etc) strongly preferred
SEO Maintenance Experience preferred
Website Maintenance (Without Code) is preferred but must be willing to learn.
Project management skills
Ability to identify new social trends and marketing tactics on social platforms.
Ability to travel within the United States and/or Canada (Travel could be expected anywhere between 3-6 times per year.)

Specific Responsibilities and Key Deliverables Include:


Maintains and monitors social media for NAS brands. Stays informed on the latest social and industry trends.\
Willingness to learn the functions and capabilities of our digital printing press required
Builds social media presence for the company and manages social media advertising campaigns that drive engagement by creating high-quality original content including written posts, graphics, photos, and videos
Develops ongoing social media strategy forward that meets the business objectives of the organization advances brand strategy and increases our online presence
Communicate with our online audience when there is engagement on posts and direct messaging
Send sales leads or technical questions that are received from our accounts to our sales teams as needed
Follow and engage with customers, dealers, and partnership associations via their online presence
Work with the Marketing team to develop and implement paid advertising on social site
Report analytics to the Marketing Project manager
Collaborates on creative projects with the Marketing Team and checks for quality, brand consistency, alignment with company values, and consumer trends
Collaborates with Area Sales Managers on territory-targeted marketing strategies.
Coordinate the collection of assets, media files, and final deliverables for tradeshows
Participation in the development and maintenance of the NAS brand websites regularly with fresh content.
Works with the Marketing Project Manager on updates

Compensation and Benefits:


In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $50,500 to $63,100. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for commission, vacation, holidays, health, dental, vision, mental health, retirement plans, and other benefits.
