The program is "hosted" by the Engineering Department and participants are matched with one of our manufacturing or distribution facilities, research and technical centers, or headquarters. Relocation is a requirement for this program.

Position Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting the Engineering Manager with:
*Equipment analysis
*New installations and facility revisions
*Developing drawings and specifications for equipment layout
*Investigation of new plant engineering processes and techniques
*Special projects as identified by the Engineering Team
*Present final presentation at the end of rotation to site, program, and division leadership
Position Requirements:
Must be currently enrolled inan accredited four-year college or university at the time of the co-op rotation
Must have sophomore, junior or senior class standing
Must have a minimum overall GPA of 2.8
Must be willing to relocate for this position
Preferred Requirements:
Major in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
Knowledge & Experience:
Required:
Experience with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and Power Point
Preferred:
Previous Internship, Co-op or work experience in engineering
Previous internship or co-op experience in the Sherwin-Williams Global Supply Chain Division
Leadership experience as demonstrated by your involvement in extracurricular activities on campus or in the community.
