POSITION SUMMARY:


The Human Resources Business Partner reports to the Senior Human Resources Partner
Located in Cleveland, OH.
Full-Time
Hybrid-3 days a week in the office

The Human Resources Business Partner will drive consistency, compliance, communication, and champion change as it supports the division, region, and TriMark-wide goals. The HRBP will work in a consulting capacity regarding workforce development and planning, performance management, leadership training, alignment of compensation, state and local law compliance, and TriMark initiative execution. The HRBP role is a blended mix of tactical and strategic activities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:


Develops personal and professional HR credibility through courage, integrity and initiative.
Provide guidance and advice to leadership, managers, and frontline supervisors to actively raise understanding and expertise in people management.
Responsible for managing the implementation and administration of the human resources programs, policies and activities for all employees within the division.
Lead/coordinate and develop HR resources to ensure division business is well supported, strategy is implemented effectively, within budgets, and complies with all regulations, laws and employment standards.
Partnering with Talent Acquisition, the HRBP will lead the division's recruitment and selection strategy. This includes alignment with job architecture, compensation, and understanding local market.
The HRBP will support and execute a coherent HR and people strategy by prioritizing processes that will deliver the best results/benefits to the employee base and goal execution.
In partnership with HR leadership and local division senior leadership, the HRBP will drive development of leadership, front line managers and supervisors.
In partnership with Learning and Development, lead the performance management process and adherence to TriMark core values.
In concert with Benefits, support leave management to include the interactive process and other benefit-related offerings.
Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in people management.
Works as a team member across the HR function.
Manage, coach and develop team of HR Generalists and support a mentorship/team focus with other HR peers.
In partnership with Payroll, ensure accurate pay practices and bi-weekly pay.
In partnership with Total Rewards, understand the variable compensation plans at the division level and look to align across TriMark.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:


Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources/Business Administration, or other area of concentration required, or equivalent Military or practical experience.
SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
3 years of HRBP experience.
Demonstrated workforce planning experience.
HRIS experience required; preferably with Dayforce.
Strong Microsoft office skillset; intermediate Excel required.
Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance.

The range provided represents the national average pay range for this position and is considered to be a general guideline. Pay for this position will reflect the candidate's unique qualifications and may be higher or lower than the range provided based on employee geographic location. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other local, state, and federal law.


In addition to base salary, this role will be eligible for participation in TriMark's' benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, 401K (with employer match), etc. Leadership positions may also qualify for participation in bonus programs commensurate with role and scope of responsibility.
