Cognizant Technology Solutions is looking for aOIPA Technical Leadto join our team of IT professionals in a permanent role. If you meet our background requirements and skills and are looking for an opportunity with these skills and expertise, here is the ideal opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
Incident & Service Request management & triaging
Root Cause Analysis of Incidents and defects
Driving Continuous Improvement through identifying automation opportunities and identification of defect/CRs through pattern analysis of Walk Ups (Service Requests) and Incidents
Rule Configuration in OIPA
Defect fixing
Communication and coordination with OIPA peripheral teams, Infra teams if required
Coordination with offshore teams
Report status to management
Customer Collaborator Management including Customer IT and Business teams
Required Qualifications
Development experience in OIPA (ORACLE Insurance Policy Administration)
Experienced in Life & Annuity Policy Lifecycle and Capabilities such as New Business, Renewal premiums, Policy servicing, Claims etc.
Knowledge of Service Now, Incident & Service Request management, RCA for tickets
Basic ITIL and Managed Services process knowledge
Experience in Customer partner management
Effective and sound verbal and written communication skills
