Your Opportunity as the Senior Analyst, Revenue Growth Management - Coffee

Revenue Growth Management is one of the fastest growing capabilities in the CPG Industry. Fully understanding revenue growth across all of its elements and how in market performance is impacted will drive the next generation of insight and profitable growth for both JM Smucker and our retail partners. We are looking for analytically minded professionals who have an entrepreneurial, inquisitive and creative mindset combined with solid business and financial acumen to join our team!

This person will enjoy a dynamic and fast paced work environment that is focused on delivering analytics across all of the pricing elements. This position leads, delivers and leverages analytics to unlock the strategic pricing value of each of our brands within the Coffee portfolio through optimizing our Mix, Packs and Promotional Strategies and execution.

Location: Orrville, OH (Close proximity to Cleveland/Akron)

Work Arrangements: Hybrid ~30% in office presence

In this role you will:

Create and execute advanced pricing analytics and models across all elements of the mix to uncover mutual growth opportunities across the Coffee portfolio

Deliver RGM Analysis and align with cross functional teams (Brand, Finance, Supply Chain, Insights, etc.)

Create hypotheses that will enable revenue growth over a 3-5 year horizon

Partner on pricing and trade strategies for innovation and seasonal items

Support the creation of execution plans and selling stories

Support RGM team leadership in strategically influencing across the organization

Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytical tools

Identify key areas of opportunity for stakeholder management and recommend plan to address

Derive insights from analysis and research

Create advanced analytical models to optimize growth

Fully understand how the consumer, shopper, customer and JMS all benefit from our work

What we are looking for:

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree

2+ years of Finance, Sales, Insights or Marketing experience

Experience in analytics of pricing, trade spend, finance, or business planning

Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Data visualization (Tableau, Spotfire or PowerBI) skills

Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization

Ability to constructively challenge process and requests

Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Capability to lead strategic reviews and gain cross functional team input and alignment

Self-starter with ability to develop strategic influencing skills

Additional skills and experience that we think would make someone successful in this role (not required):

Experience with Circana/IRI or AC Nielsen (POS and Panel) data
