Key Responsibilities
Responsible for overall direction and control of all sales activities for Central Sales
Recruits, motivates and maintains an effective sales force
Directs sales leadership team in reaching sales quota, developing new business and maintaining customer satisfaction
Additional responsibilities include forecasting, quota assignment and account and channel management
Win major accounts in the Central US
Qualifications
15+ years of experience with demonstrated ability to lead and manage a sales management team to achieve sales targets and objectives at a fast pace
Demonstrated ability in setting strategy, vision and priorities in a B2B high tech environment for complex software products
Experience in security and network and network/internet-protocol related applications in a telecom business environment required
Proven contacts in major accounts in the Central US
Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future
