Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift Egg Packer/Stacker to join our Spring Meadow Farms team in Rossburg.
SHIFT HOURS: Sunday through Wednesday and Friday 7:00am-4:00pm or Tuesday through Saturday 7:00am-4:00pm
STARTING HOURLY RATE: $16.25 with the potential of increasing to $16.45 after 90 days.
All training will be provided. Job functions include:
- Packing cartons and flats of eggs in proper packaging material.
- Ensuring that case labels match the carton/sleeve type and code date and placing case labels to the proper packed cases when applicable.
- Communicating any variance of carton dates or case labels to the Packer Operator or Processing Floor Lead.
Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age
- Ability to be on feet for prolonged periods of time
