CMM recently formed its "D&A Strategy Org" to define a strategic vision for future data and analytics services, build stakeholdership in this vision, and guide our organization through implementation change. We are defining an ambitious roadmap to bring more machine learning, AI, automation, and advanced analytics capabilities in-house to better support the needs of our customers in commercial and market access organizations at pharmaceutical companies. Finally, our D&A Strategy org will work to define the operating model for how our D&A teams collaborate to plan, complete, and release work to our internal and external customers in light of our target strategy. We are currently seeking an experienced Sr. Manager, Strategy role to join our team and provide expert leadership and support for the development and implementation of the CMM data strategy.

What You'll Do

As a Sr. Manager, Strategy, your daily to-dos will shift with business needs, but here's a snapshot of what to expect:

Design the all-CMM Data & Analytics strategy to drive a differentiated value proposition to our Biopharma customers
Liaise with business leaders and teams across McKesson / CMM to design and implement the roadmap to deliver our Data & Analytics strategy and create a cohesive approach to Data & Analytics across the organization
Connect and integrate with all McKesson Data & Analytics strategy (inclusive of AI / ML, etc.) to maintain connection with McKesson and CMM business strategy
Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop perspectives on key business questions pertaining to the Data & Analytics strategy
Conduct competitive analysis and research market trends to update our strategy and sustain our differentiation
Assess potential M&A partners and their impact on CMM's Data & Analytics strategy to provide insights on synergies and risks
Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations that synthesize technical topics related to the Data & Analytics strategy
Continuously evaluate and manage the catalog of data capabilities and services provided by the D&A organization to maintain alignment with the CMM Data & Analytics strategy

Skills You'll Need

Bachelor's degree required
Demonstrated 7+ years of experience with strategy development and implementation, preferably with experience in corporate strategy or analytics teams
Proficient in developing and modeling financial business cases and building and delivering executive presentations and communications
A natural collaborator who brings disparate stakeholders together to make things happen
Strong problem solver who can handle interrelated projects
Ability to drive work in ambiguous and complex work environments with little direction
Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization

Preferred Skills

Domain familiarity with Business Strategy, Commercial Analytics for Pharma, Patient Lifecycle Journey
Experience evaluating data and analytics offerings across a business and determining fit with future state roadmap
Experience establishing programmatic metrics for an organization

As part of Total Rewards, we are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at CoverMyMeds. This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$111,000 - $185,000
