We are seeking a leader that is a BC/BE Pediatric Hospitalist to join our growing team at the Beeghly Campus. In collaboration with the Division Director and the Division's operations leadership and the Mahoning Valley administrative leadership, the Site Director will lead, foster, and support a culture that motivates and holds accountable physicians and clinical staff for pursuing continuous improving while providing high quality, safe, efficient, equitable, time and patient-centered care to patients. The Site Director is accountable to the Division Director for Pediatric Hospital Medicine and serves as the primary advocate for the site's faculty development, clinical, educational, safety and quality programs. The Site Director is responsible for clinical and administrative oversight and leadership of the Beeghly site. The Site Director will ensure that high quality, integrated and interdisciplinary clinical, research and teaching services are provided.

This position offers flexible scheduling with 12 and/or 24-hour shifts. The Akron Children's Hospital Beeghly campus is a free-standing children's hospital with a 25-bed inpatient pediatric unit, a pediatric emergency department, subspecialty support, and a compliment of services that bring excellent care to our patients and families in the surrounding communities.

This position is a 501(c)(3) site which qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness through the Federal government.
