About the Job

Position Description:

Responsible for providing support for department Directors and above within Patient Support Center including all activities by the Employee Impact Team. Provide employees with office supplies through Ariba, proofread, and research and compile special reports. Collaborate with internal partners to gather appropriate information needed for PSC Town Halls. Acts as an information source on organization policies and procedures. Makes appointments and travel arrangements. May be assigned in various functional areas within the Shared Service team.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the scheduling of all onsite and offsite meetings. Secure conference rooms in Louisville and Columbus. Source and book appropriate workspace(s) for events in the Phoenix area. Manage all events through the shared Patient Support Center (PSC) Leadership Calendar.

Coordinate large scale team meetings such as Shared Services Connections, PSC Leadership meetings, etc., including booking appropriate meeting spaces, assist with travel arrangements, group dinner reservations, onsite catering needs, supplies, etc.

Own the scheduling, invitations, and coordination of quarterly PSC Town Halls and Senior Director AMA's, PSC Round Tables, including all follow up survey creation. Coordinate with McKesson Meetings & Events, Corporate Digital Events planner, and PSC Communications Specialist.

Maintain meeting minutes and action items for town hall, round tables, and Extended Leadership Team Meetings.

Assist with administrative tasks relative to all I2CARE events, including creating and managing all eCards for employee celebrations (anniversary and birthdays).

Create and submit expense reports for Directors, Sr Directors, and Employee Impact Team. Act as a Subject Matter Expert to all PSC employees who hold Purchasing or Travel cards.

Create and maintain organization charts and distribution lists for Directors and above.

Minimum Job Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities):

Education/Training:

HS Diploma, Vocational Training or Equivalent

Business Experience:

6+ years advanced administrative support experience

Specialized Knowledge/Skills:

Strong interpersonal skills and highest level of computer literacy with command of MS Office software products including spreadsheets, word processing and database applications

Strong problem solving and decision-making skills

Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities in a changing environment

Strong oral and written communication skills across all levels of the organization

Exceptional facilitation and collaboration skills

Working Conditions:

Office and/or Work from Home

Physical Requirements:

Possible long periods of sitting and/or keyboard work. General office demands

Ability to travel up to 10% to meetings, conferences, etc.

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$23.69 - $39.49
