Pentair has a job opportunity for you!

Join us as a Production Lead in our Ashland facility.

You will be a working Lead in the Foundry and helping lead your team in the molding and core making area and provide continuing training.

More details about the opportunity:

Leading your team in molding and core making in the foundry, and eventually help in other areas of the foundry when needed.
Responsible for employee timecards, disciplinary actions, create production schedules and sign off for attendance etc.
Doing inventory of your product
Interpret and enforce company policies to employees and lead and participate in Kaizens to improve processes.
Understand and promote safety policies and procedures.

Position hours/shifts (Overtime Available!):

5:30am-4:00pm Monday through Thursday with OT on off days

Physical Requirements:

Physical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 50lbs. Steel toed shoes with metatarsal guards are required on the distribution floor.
