Position Overview




Riverside Research is seeking a full-time Senior Collection Requirements Manager to support the National Space Intelligence Center (NSIC) at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. Candidate will work closely with the NSIC Enterprise Managers, Chief Analyst, and the S2/3 Directorate leadership on a daily basis. Candidates must be proficient in standard office software applications and capable of devising practical and sustainable solutions.


Responsibilities




Guide the newest service intelligence center, the National Space Intelligence Center (NSIC), as it establishes a new collection requirements management process
Assist in the identification, validation, and prioritization of collection requirements to meet assigned production; develop and implement appropriate collection strategies to achieve analysts' information needs
Submit collection requirements through appropriate collection management tools and applications
Manage both standing and ad hoc collection requirements; coordinate across NSIC squadron production managers, directors of analysis, and directors of operations
Ensure assignment of collection requirements to appropriate NSIC subject matters to ensure timely review and validation; facilitate transfer of mission appropriate collection requirements to NSIC
Prepare responses to queries associated with collection management activities from the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Department of the Air Force (DAF) or U.S. Space Force (USSF)
Provide instruction to analysts on the collection management process in order to enhance requirements development and post collection evaluations


Qualifications




Active TS clearance with SCI adjudication
Bachelors in business administration, accounting, finance, engineering, computer science, physics, math, history, or related fields
Minimum 12 years' experience as an intelligence professional supporting any Service or Intelligence Community organization
Effective/efficient written/verbal communication skills; proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Self-motivated, detail oriented, responsible team player able to work independently with minimal daily direction
Ability to work and interact with technically and organizationally diverse personnel
Open to occasional travel
Other duties as assigned

Desired Qualifications:

Experience with United States Space Force (USSF) organization, mission, roles, and responsibilities
Experience as a collection manager supporting any Service or Intelligence Community organization
Experience using Collection Requirements Analysis Tool for the Enterprise (CRATE), GEOINT Information Management System (GIMS), CI and HUMINT Requirements-Reporting Operations Management Environment (CHROME), National MASINT Requirements System (NMRS), Open-Source Collection Acquisition Requirement-Management System (OSCAR-MS), National SIGINT Requirements Process (NSRP), and UEE
Experience developing training material and presenting in a classified environment
Master's in business administration, accounting, finance, engineering, computer science, physics, math, history, or related field


Global Comp




$130,000 to 160,000 This represents the typical compensation range for this position based on experience, location and other factors.
