Pay: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour based on experience

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

As a Technical Writer, you'll play a crucial role in communicating complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. You'll collaborate closely with subject matter experts, engineers, developers, and the product marketing team to produce high-quality documentation. Your responsibilities will include writing, editing, and updating various technical documents such as product manuals, user guides, FAQs, and how-to guides. Additionally, you'll create infographics, and screenshot markups, and assist in the development of user assistance infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Write and update technical documentation

Adhere to and update the in-house style guide

Create infographics and screenshot markups

Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Monitor analytics on the usage of online training materials

Collect user data to determine areas for documentation revision

Assist in updating and revising existing SOPs and manuals

Proficiency with Adobe FrameMaker required
