Overview




The Renewal Billing Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate customer records ensuring that renewal invoices are processed accurately and efficiently and providing exceptional internal and external customer service.


What you will be doing




Process paid renewal invoices
Update customer records and pricing as directed
Update the renewal billing system with software installation dates from supporting reports
Process orders in a timely manner to ensure license certificates are delivered to customers; ensure all orders are completed by established deadline
Participate in preparation of weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders as directed
Use basic knowledge to provide timely follow-up and resolution to renewal billing inquiries by both internal and external customers
Provide timely communication regarding any issues or trends identified to more experienced team members as needed
Assist in periodic update to procedures documentation to ensure information is current; Assist with accurately documenting any new procedures.
Comply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices, including but not limited to, Hyland's Information Systems Security Policy

High School Graduate
Microsoft Windows and Office proficient
Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
Oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact
Organization skills, with ability to successfully manage multiple tasks
Able to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
Able to provide exceptional follow through and be customer-service driven
Keen attention to detail
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the job
5-10% travel expected

Based on individual states' employment laws, the following details are to comply with the relevant salary posting requirements: base salary range of $36,000-$54,000 and eligible for bonus and benefits
