Summary:
In this role, you will work collaboratively within a survey crew, contributing to the collection of vital data using Trimble RTK/GPS technology and underground utility locating equipment.


Responsibilities




Collecting data efficiently and accurately during field surveys.
Utilizing Trimble RTK/GPS and underground utility locating equipment effectively.
Providing sketches of work performed.
Reading utility maps, plans, and as-built drawings to assist in survey tasks.
Working independently or as part of a team to complete assigned projects.


Qualifications




Ability to work in various weather conditions.
High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 40 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Willingness to work in a team setting and follow verbal instructions.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record, and eligibility to be covered by company insurance.
Willingness to undergo and pass drug screening and a background check.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with electromagnetic multi-frequency locating tools (preferred but not required).
Prior experience in utility locating (preferred but not required).
Ability to provide detailed sketches of work.
Proficiency in reading utility maps, plans, and drawings.
Capability to work effectively in both independent and team-oriented environments.
