Your Opportunity: Venture Solutions, a division of Taylor Corporation, is looking for a Medicare / Medicaid Solutions Specialist to come onboard and support our healthcare clients and prospects specifically within the Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) space.

Your Responsibilities:

Create and manage best practices and methodologies for successful for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) engagements throughout the customer life cycle
Partner closely with sales to understand current and future opportunities within the Healthcare vertical and the skill sets needed to successfully support clients
Act as a liaison to current and future clients in the Venture Healthcare portfolio to ensure both parties are in compliance with all CMS best practices
Partner with both production and IT to refine workflows to conform with CMS best practices
Build and maintain strong client interactions based upon credibility, communication and trust
Work with Director of Account Management to identify opportunities within the business
Strong presentation skills, able to compile data to tell a story and present to internal and external clients and stakeholders
Prepare and present trainings to internal business partners on CMS regulations as well as trends in the Healthcare industry
Participate in Investigation of compliance issues and provide guidance on remediation and resolution process improvements

You Must Have:

Bachelor's Degree and/or 5+ years of experience in a Medicare / Medicaid Services (CMS)-related role
Leadership skills - ability to lead and influence others across the organization regardless of reporting relationships
Ability to build and grow internal and external relationships
Ability to articulate and share a vision, the transmission of optimism, and the ability to obtain input and then, share purpose-driven goals
Critical thinking and analytical skills to solve complex issues
Strong planning and organizational agility skills including the ability to effectively support crisis situations and resolve conflicts
Strong business and financial acumen
Experience in Customer Relationship Management software
Proven process improvement and change management skills and experience
Travel will be required, up to 20%
