The ideal Analytics Manager will lead our growing team of data analytics experts, focused on measurement and insight delivery against strategic business initiatives and broad support across several key functions such as Category Management, Sales and Marketing, and Operations. You will advise on and develop metrics, reports, KPIs, and dashboards aimed at understanding the end-to-end view of target business performance and opportunities.

This role is a key enabler who actively works with complex stakeholder groups to support the day-to-day needs and long-term strategic and operational goals of these partners. You will also ensure data accuracy and consistent insight delivery by designing and creating optimal processes and procedures for our Analytics teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify, analyze and address diverse business issues, translate large data sets into digestible results, and develop focused, actionable solutions that support strategic priorities.
Work closely with executives and leaders in the functional areas supported to provide key analytics, assist in setting performance targets, and enable effective decision making based on objective, data-driven observations.
Design Tableau dashboards and visualizations that present compelling information and will result in actionable results for the business stakeholders
Present findings and outcomes to senior leaders in a clear, concise manner
Analyze trends and drivers, provide interpretations and analysis of actual performance versus plan/forecast and assess the impact on future results
Ensure the integrity, usability, and standardization of data, and subsequent metrics, across multiple sources and business units

Partner with the Finance, FP&A, and business unit analysts to validate numbers and calculations to ensure consistent reporting across the enterprise
Develop and maintain internal network relationships across functional lines to validate concepts, support information gathering, and facilitate the socialization of ideas
Ensure the technical quality of your team deliverables adheres to our expectations for excellence

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

Bachelor's degree in related discipline; MBA/MS a plus
5+ years of data / analytics, reporting, or related experience
5+ years of experience supporting Procurement, Category Management, or Supply Chain / Operations
Lean & six sigma training a plus

Experience:

Proven track record of delivering tangible results in a complex and differentiated business
Work both as a leader and independently to structure analyses and develop insights
Demonstrated use of data to inform and influence successful business decisions

Strong record of recognized interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills and the ability to influence and lead cross-functional collaboration initiatives
Successful candidates for this team are well-rounded top performers who thrive in a high-intensity growth environment
Prefer experience in support of related category management teams / functions

COMPETENCIES (SKILLS AND ABILITIES)
Strong quantitative, analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills
Exceptional Excel skills, experience working with Data Science and Analytics tools like Tableau or Alteryx
Knowledge and experience with SQL and/or other scripting languages such as R, Python, etc. is a plus
Must possess strong business analytical skills with thorough understanding of how to identify, interpret and transform raw data sets into meaningful and actionable solutions
Ability to work quickly and at a high level of detail and accuracy, with a highly analytical approach to problem solving
Experience in creating solutions and improving processes
Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills required to effectively address problems and interface with other functional areas of the company
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and present to colleagues at all levels of the company
Self-motivated; ability to get things done and prioritize in a dynamic environment

Salary may vary depending on factors such as confirmed job-related skills, experience, and location.

However, the pay range for this position is as follows.
$102,400.00 - $190,100.00
