Summary:
This individual will be responsible for processing weekly payrolls timely and accurately for multiple organizations within the Kokosing Group
Duties and Responsibilities:
Process Pay Change Requests
Manage/Keying of Timecards
Process Weekly Payroll for multiple companies
Finalize Employee's Last Check
Process Manual Checks
Sort and Distribute Payroll Checks
Process Employment Verifications
Resolve all Payroll Related Issues
Maintain Prevailing Wage Rates
Communicate any Found Discrepancies with Project Team
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must understand payroll procedures and techniques.
Communication and organizational skills are essential.
Must be willing to learn new systems and skills.
A degree and payroll experience preferred but not required.
