Position may be located at any CCI location. May be remote within commuting distance to a CCI office.

The Manager of CPE Activations is responsible for managing and directing the activities of the CPE Activation, including but not limited to CPE implementation support, provisioning, testing, and troubleshooting of voice and data products for commercial and carrier customers.

The oversight of the team extends to various CCI markets. The successful applicant will thrive on change but will also focus on the operational stability of their team and supported platforms, while providing experience, leadership, and direction to your team.

Responsibilities



Serve as a resource to department staff by assessing workload, providing regular feedback and formal performance reviews, establishing goals, providing necessary training, and participating in hiring decisions.
Oversee CPE service implementation and provisioning for commercial and carrier customers. This includes Ethernet Switched Services, Dedicated Internet, MPLS, VOIP, SIP Trunking, Hosted Voice, TDM Voice, and FOIP.
Coordinate and prioritize work for your group. Determine the staffing levels that will be needed to meet projected forecasts and adjust accordingly.
Create/track metrics for implementation and provisioning to ensure customers are receiving excellent service. Provide timely feedback to your team members on stated metrics
Assist in the development and documentation of implementation and troubleshooting procedures.
Ensure all group objectives are met or exceeded.
Effectively manage a technical team consisting of multiple markets.
Perform administrative duties as needed.
Analyzes data and metrics, identifies problem areas, and provides direction.
Provide mentorship, technical guidance, and training opportunities to subordinates.
Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications



Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with minimum of 6 years' related experience, including 3 years' managerial.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, customer service skill.
Experience with multiple vendor platforms including data, voice, and converged services.
Experience with supporting and maintaining LAN/WAN/Voice network architectures.
Working knowledge of IP/Networking.
Working knowledge of TCP/IP protocols.
Knowledge of Ethernet and Voice technologies.
Knowledge with TDM/VoIP technologies.
Self-motivated and possess strong teaming and interpersonal skills.
Good documentation and communication skills.
Strong computer skills.
Project management skills.
Experience planning and administering budgets.
